Safe Transportation for Children
ABC Academy provides safe, dependable transportation for eligible Fall River families, giving parents one less thing to coordinate. Our air-conditioned vans include secure seating and safety restraints for young passengers.
Children are carefully supervised throughout every trip. Our team follows consistent procedures for boarding, seating, arrival, and release.
Transportation Designed for Young Children
Secure Child Seating
Our vans include ICS (Integrated Child Seat) seating with seat belts and safety straps designed to keep children properly positioned during transportation.
Air-Conditioned Vans
Each van is air-conditioned to help children remain comfortable during warmer weather and throughout their ride.
Carefully Managed Trips
Children are accounted for as they enter and exit the vehicle, helping create an organized transition between home, school, and ABC Academy.
Authorized Pick-Up and Drop-Off
Transportation arrangements and approved release information are established with each family before service begins.
Helping Working Families Stay on Schedule
Depending on availability and approved routes, transportation may include service between ABC Academy, a child’s home in Fall River, or participating local schools. Families must live in Fall River to be eligible for transportation. ABC Academy does not provide transportation from other towns or cities into Fall River.
This added convenience can make before-school and after-school care easier to manage while helping children move through their day with familiar adults and predictable routines.
Safety Comes First
National transportation guidance recommends that preschool-age children ride in properly secured restraint systems appropriate for their age and size. It also emphasizes trained supervision, safe loading and unloading procedures, careful route planning, and routine vehicle checks.
ABC Academy uses passenger vans rather than traditional school buses. Families can speak with our team about the vehicles, seating, routes, and procedures used for their child.
